“Do you know how much money Insurance Companies make from the misfortune of their customers?”
Accident 110 -
putting the victim at the heart of all we do.
Lampkin and Co. Solicitors was founded by Mark Lampkin in 1999 to fight the cause of innocent accident victims and put them at the heart of the claims system.
Poacher-turned-gamekeeper Mark, who has worked closely in the past with claims companies, decided to work towards encouraging accident victims to come direct to solicitors rather than via middlemen because of the amount of money being paid to referrers.
And so Accident 110 was born.
As a claims specialist, Mark realised anything up to £82,000 per 100 accident claims was going into the pockets of referring agencies - not to the solicitors to enable them to spend the time researching and fighting each claim on behalf of victims.
And because Lampkin now works directly with claimants, not only does he have the full funding to concentrate on the claim, but he can also offer an additional 10% on top of the 100% compensation they receive for road traffic accident victims and £250 for all other claims. (See how it works)
The ethos of Accident 110 is simple – to put the victim at the heart of the claims process. Victims have already suffered painful injury through their accident and deserve the maximum return given their unfortunate circumstances.
Sadly for Mark and other solicitors like him, the intermediate agencies have huge budgets with which to carry out mass advertising campaigns to encourage victims to go through them – making it hard to get the solicitor’s message heard.
What claimants don’t know is that they don’t have to use their insurance companies or referring agencies to fight a claim!
They can go straight to a solicitor and because ‘no win, no fee’ operates on a Government-established basis, That money can go towards research and claim fighting. It doesn’t line the pockets of the referrers.
Lampkin and Co believes that the victim needs the money from an accident and third parties should not be profiting from someone else’s painful misfortune, and merely take money for nothing in return.
Mark lives in Hawarden, North Wales, with his wife Elizabeth who is a language teacher at Wirral Grammar School. They have two teenage children – Jason a successful footballer with Aston Villa and Jenny a successful athlete.
Mark is a keen motorcyclist and active supported of COBB – an organisation that helps bikers seriously hurt in accidents where they cannot make a claim.Delivered by Lampkin & Co Solicitors
